Refund Policy
At Techdrix we are committed to providing exceptional services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties.
1. Upfront Payments
We require either 100% or 50% payment upfront before commencing any project. This upfront payment secures your project slot and covers time spent on strategy, research, and initial development or setup.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
⦁ Before work has begun: If the client cancels the project before any work has started, a full refund will be issued, minus any payment processing fees.
⦁ Within 3 business days of starting: If cancellation is requested within 2 business days of project initiation, a partial refund may be granted based on work already completed.
⦁ In case of non-delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline and there is no reasonable explanation or mutual agreement for the delay, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on work completed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
⦁ The project is canceled after significant progress or delivery has been made.
⦁ Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, missing content, unapproved designs).
⦁ Services such as strategy sessions, consultations, ad campaigns, or third-party purchases (e.g., domain names, hosting, paid plugins or ads) are non-refundable.
⦁ Change of mind or dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences, especially after approval stages.
